Blue Tooth Phone Intermittent

One of my favorite features I use on my Genesis is the Blue Tooth phone connect.
Recently, it takes a llllllllllooooooooooonnnnnngggggggg time to come on line. I'll try to make a call and "Phone not ready." or "Please wait".
Seems like it's taking longer and longer and I'm not pleased. In fact the entire blue tooth phone system just seems "buggy:.
Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?

Yes, my husbands car has a radio/bluetooth problem. The radio cuts out for half a second. Just enough time for the bluetooth to disconnect. He told the dealer about it when he was in for an oil change. They ordered a new radio. They told him it would be in- in a few days. 5 weeks has gone by. He called the dealer. Their response was- oh you didn't get the postcard? It's in. He goes next week to have it chaged.
