Blue Tooth Phone works Intermittently

I have a very basic non-smart Virgin Mobile Kyocera S2100 phone. I did connect it with my 2013 Genesis Bluetooth, and it downloaded my Contacts OK, and I can make calls with Bluetooth.

The problem is often the Bluetooth/ Genesis just forgets and the contact list is just blank! And, I have to start over making the Connection and downloading Contacts! Sometimes, it does not even download the Contacts!

Any advice as to what is going on here and who I can contact to fix this problem?

I have the same problem. A couple days later the phone will again show up in the Bluetooth sync list. Weird

I have a problem with my Samsung S3. The 2013 genesis tech pkg finds the phone every time but sometimes the contacts DL and somes it doesn't. Any ideas on why that would happen? I don't change the settings on the phone or car. Today I turned the phone off and back on an then it proceeded to DL contacts.
