Bluetooth Audio change track

Hi,
I am wondering, when you are on bluetooth audio, does anyone know if there is a way to change tracks near the Gear Knob console (right hand side)? Maybe something with the “tuning knob”?

I know you can change tracks with your left thumb on the steering wheel or if you browse through touch screen menu.

Scenario where this might be useful: you’re making a turn so steering wheel is turning, you got kids in the car, and a song with profanity is coming up and you just want to quickly change to the next song.

I THINK it only works when you have the dash screen in the Bluetooth setting. Then you can use either the big center wheel, scroll wheels or the lever on the steering wheel. The second you put the screen on map or home, you can can only use the lever on the steering wheel.
