• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "2009 Genesis" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 2009 Genesis Sedan" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... When I play music through Bluetooth it always sounds low and the bass barley hits. It doesn't matter if it was through Spotify, Pandora or anything else. If I aux cord it it sounds a little better and the bass hits a little harder. Regular radio sounds better then all the above and xm sounds the best. My biggest issue is the bluetooth as it is what I use the most. Any solutions??

What model phone are you using? What are the settings set to on your phone for sound output?? Sounds like a phone issue.

Have tried iPhone 8 and XS max. The iPhone 8 has been connected before, it just wouldn’t pair, so I completely removed it, to try to reconnect, and won’t pick up any device at all.
