bluetooth not responding 2012 genesis sedan

hey all ive checked the fuses the fuses are fine and did a reset for 20 mins by taking off the battery terminals and i even pushed the reset buttons no response what am i doing wrong please and thank you i even searched for the answer on google

Not sure what model 2012 you have but I don't think Bluetooth is available. Your phone synchs up but no music or navigation syncs with Bluetooth.
