Been here awhile...
The sales process has been very positive. If there is any follow up for problems, those will likely be resolved locally, as Bob Stallings was a 2.5 hour drive from home. Matthew Merrell was the sales rep. During the search for the right car, Matthew kept in touch, but never became a pest ( as some others did ). Just a couple emails & a phone call when he had another car he thought might fit our needs. When we committed to driving to Dallas, I told him I'd had two other cars I'd intended to see, sell before I could get to the dealership. Because we would be on the road to Dallas well before the dealership opened, I asked he call me the night before, if the car sold. Didn't want to drive 5 hrs for a car not there. Said he'd do that, and was going to move the car around back and get it out of sight ( maybe did, maybe didn't, but nice if he did ). We arrived about 10 minutes after open. He had the car cleaned inside & out & ready for us. Let us take it for a couple hours for a decent checkout. After agreeing to terms, he had the car taken back to be detailed. All very nice touches compared to another dealership we tried ( and already has poor reviews on this thread ).
