Will pads / rotors for the 2015 American non-AWD V8 cars fit the Canadian V8 that has AWD, or are they different? Any recommendation on brakes for the 2015 V8 AWD?

If you don't get an answer from someone that knows for sure, go to one of the web sites for auto parts and plug in the info and get the part numbers.
I used the OEM parts on my 2015 AWD and never had issues.
