Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. Sooo disappointed with Genesis. The customer service has been awful and the brand new 2024 GV70 Electrified I bought had multiple EV battery bolts loose and a front sub-frame bolt cross threaded that was not inserted correctly. They also found a a/c line leaking oil. What other things I should be looking out for? What are my options? I also cancelled the extended warranty with the warranty company and the dealer is not refunding me. What can I do?
