If you plan to have the car serviced by a Genesis dealer, you might want to first closely scrutinize a dealer's service operation near you like Sutherlin in Ft. Myers, in terms of customer service, valet service, loaner program etc. Many Hyundai service operations do not meet expectations set by Genesis marketing but Sutherlin is in the process of building a Genesis dealership so they should be dedicated to customer satisfaction.
