Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Hi all, I have a brand new GV70. It's been really great, save for one minor annoyance. In the infotainment screen I get the message below. I don't understand what is meant by "service is not active." Certainly my Genesis connected services is active, and I can scroll past this message to a map or the weather, which work fine. I'll call Genesis if I find the time during my very busy work day, but in the meantime has anyone else experienced this issue and know what to do about it? Thanks!
