  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Can anyone please help 911!!

I have a 2009 3.8 sedan. Never had an ounce of trouble with her. All the sudden radio no sound couple days later no screen now tonight she's left me stranded in Omaha, Ne. Went to start to leave and nothing but a sign on the dash that says check steering lock?

First thing I'd check is the battery, cable connections and ground connection. Are lights working?

If battery is good and connections are good, I'd call a tow truck.

Ya that's what I went through first all fuses also.

does power steering work? if not check alternator. does it click or try to turn when it start? if it click then the starter might be dead.

How old is your battery? Battery voltage when car is off should be over 12. Check connections to battery and alternator. Check battery voltage while the car is running, should be 13-14 volts.
