Can't find these settings - Help Please

I'm looking to find the following 2 settings...if anyone can direct me I'd appreciate it!

1. The setting where you can opt to start the gas mileage monitor to start over at each fill vs. averaging all miles over several tanks of gas.

2. Is there a setting where you can choose whether or not to have your doors lock automatically after starting to drive?

The info should be in section 3 in the owners manual. P 3-71 starts a list of all the options.
