Ok so I think the sqeaking started after I did just front brake pads, didn't replace the rotors (all work done at dealership)
The sqeaking is coming from the front, where I have no idea. The noise happens when going over bumps, uneven road surfaces, and sometimes highway driving with the road surfaces. It's really annoying, loud and embarrassing.
So long story short, dealership said my rotors was fine and didn't need to be resurfaced or anything. So I didn't do rotors on the car just replaced the pads. Shortly after, maybe week or two the noise starts, just a coincidence? Maybe... So I complained after they did the brakes the noise has been there. They test drove the car and duplicated the noise. They relubricate all parts on caliper and everything.. So driving home the car STILL making that high pitched sqeaking over bumps etc. so I call and say it's still making the noise so they now say maybe it is the rotors and I should just replace them. Sooo I went and bought OEM rotors ( I have the rspec model) 320 dollars later for rotors, I get them installed...
No noise at first, then it starts making the noise AGAIN. So now I'm aggravated because I spent all that money on rotors and the problem isn't resolved.
I don't know what kind of brake pads they used on the rspec but I got coupons in the mail from my dealership saying 100 dollars for pads and install. Since I needed it bad I jumped on this deal. What kind of pad they used I have no idea. Maybe it's the pads? I don't know just sounds like it's squeaking on metal. Very hard to diagnose, anyone have the slightest clue of what it could be?
*They also said suspension is fine, nothing coming from suspension, or anything along those lines.
