I have a 2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD sedan. My front skid plate came somewhat loose at the front passenger corner several days after my last oil change. That is when I decided I would preform all future oil changes on my own.
My primary question is regarding the cap screws and plastic bumper push fasteners (?) required to hold the skid plate in place. I have seen some posts on these items, but the information seems conflicting or perhaps not for the G2 version of the Genesis sedan.
Could anyone supply part numbers and / or links to where I can get these items. I also understand that perhaps stainless steel or something similar would be advisable for the cap screws to prevent rust and permanent seating.
Lastly, if anyone has any "gotchas" they have learned doing the oil change, I would be interested in hearing them.
Thanks in advance for any help you could provide me.
