Car blind - dealer can't diagnose

2019 G70 all 4 front sensors show errors.

There is no physical damage.

Dealer has had it for a week and cannot figure out what is wrong.

Anyone have a similar experience? Are there any Genesis techs on this forum?

It'd be extremely rare that all 4 sensors went bad at the same time. Therefore, I suspect a wiring issue BEFORE it separates into the 4 sensors. So I'd start with the connector where the cables split into 4. It could be a bad ground too. It's a royal PITA to chase those kinds of electrical issues, but hopefully something easy to find. Oh, and also search which module drives the front sensors, in case it's a separate one from the rear, meaning it could be the module too. Good luck, and keep us posted what was the culprit.

One month in - dealer has had Genesis evaluate car and they recommended a new front wiring harness or body control module.

Dealer has yet to receive parts.

Not a surprise. Since the pandemic auto industry has had a lot of part shortages and delays. Ukraine has 17 facilities maning harnessess for the industry too. VW and BMW get theirs, not sure sho else.
 
New wiring harness in - did not resolve problem - car at dealer for six weeks. Genesis NA CS says "electrical specialist" going to dealer.

Minimally optioned loaner G70. I miss my top trim items.

The dealership has been great about the loaner, but I cannot understand why it takes over 10 weeks to diagnose a sensor issue. They are into this for (I'm guessing) 30 hours and three wiring harnesses with no solution.

Is it a standalone Genesis dealership or one attached to a Hyundai? I'm fortunate to have access to a standalone Genesis dealership in my area and they are markedly better than Hyundai dealers.
 
It is a Hyundai dealership that sells Genesis.
Supposedly, Hyundai/Genesis corporate is directing the repair.
I am skeptical that the next two wiring harnesses will be the solution.

I've got the same issue. I've been trying to get it fixed for months now. Guess I can expect that to not work when they "get parts in" to "fix" it for me.
 
Fourteen weeks and my car is back.

While there was no definitive diagnosis, after replacing multiple wiring harnesses, the car is fixed.

The engine and interior were removed and replaced in the process. God knows how many labor hours went into this.

Kudos to Genesis and Genesis of Danbury for standing behind their product.

Hello Chris...first, I commend you for your patience! At any time did you invoke the buy-back or lemon law to get a new car or even a refund of the purchase price? I love(d) my 2023 GV80 2.5T Prestige til I got an "OTA" and lost everything...nav, gps, front and rear collision warnings, lane keep, collision alerts, map screen, phone. The dealer suspects the radio is blocking the update but it will be weeks to get a new radio.
I don't have your patience ... I'll wait the 30 days and see what my options are at that point.
