Car is not starting, please helpn

I was driving and noticed I was having issues turning left as if the steering wheel was going out. I was able to pump gas and shortly after had to pull into a neighborhood cause the car was not allowing me to turn left. Turned off the car and now it won’t turn on. I’ve never seen this indicator with a car and exclamation point. What does this mean?? My starter is new. Battery should be fine it’s only 6 months old. I disconnect the battery and now those lights are gone but the car won’t start still.
