  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Depending on the outcome of my battle with HMA, I'm looking into purchasing a new Lexus LS460. Someone posted a car buying/pricing site here once and I can't seem to find it now. It was different than the traditional Edmunds TMV.

It seems like it listed actual dealer cost (hidden dealer cash, incentives) and purchase price trends based on regions. I think it even had a price negotiation service, actually. Does anyone remember the site name?

Thanks in advance!

I think you are thinking of truecar.com

That is where I did my research on the Genesis..

Take care,

Bob

About 6 months ago a member posted that he purchased a Genesis V8 tech, and then within a matter of a day or so realized that he was not satisfied with the suspension, so he sold it back to his dealer for $9K less than he paid. Next day he bought a LS460. Both transactions were for cash.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I really like the LS460.. definately out of my reach. I feel too young to own the genesis as it is.

Maybe after I get done with my MBA I can afford a nicer car. Who knows.

Surely soon we will have more suspension options...maybe as far as suspension upgrades. Heck, if someone could sell aftermarket springs and dampers that would solve our problem, they would be rich.

The Genesis is everything I wanted. I just don't have enough reasons to drive.

Perfect - thank you, Bob.

It will be an expensive lesson, that's for sure!

If several people unload their cars, maybe I will be able to upgrade to a V8...

I guess I should have just waited and bought a car from someone on the forum!
