  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Type
Genesis GV80
I saw a bunch of third-party car seat gap fillers on Amazon that add additional storage between the center console and passenger seat. These are flagged as “frequently returned” items, so before I order one and find out it doesn’t fit, has anyone tried these to add some additional storage in their GV80? Open to other product suggestions, too.

If you want to continue to use the option which moves the seat back to ease entry and then moves it forward for your set driving position, I don't think you'd want anything jammed in that space.

Guess it depends on the need. Love the 3rd one but to each their own :)
Nice idea - except it leaves the weapon accessible to anyone as there is no locking mechanism.

Anyhow - I think they were referring more to these:

True, but that would depend on the neighborhood your driving thru if it's a benefit or a hazard these days :)

Disagree. Firearm belongs either strapped to it's owner or secured. Unsecured and next to a magazine is a recipe for disaster - especially if you stop somewhere and leave the vehicle. Nevermind liability.

Let us know if you find one that works. Every one I have purchased for any car I have owned, would be fine until you moved the sear up or back. Which is something I do frequently to put down the back seats when loading stuff in the back.

Don't forget the automatic "exit" setting that moves the seat back & down as soon as you shut down.
