  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello there. I own g70 2023 with 12k miles. I have noticed the car vibrates a bit at idle, specially when I push rpm to 1. Above 2 rpm or when I put the car to D or R its smooth. I can even hear some noise comes from exhaust when it vibrates. There is no fault code or anything, I even checked and cleaned plugs and injections out of curiosity. Tired premium gas and put octane booster still no help. I even put injections a valve cleaner to the tank and still no luck. Could someone help me out please

The car is under warranty; make Genesis figure it out and fix it.

What is it idling at? My 3.3 idles around 600 rpm. I usually shift gears around 2,300 rpm.

Unfortunately no warranty for me. I think it idles around 500 when its a bit warm. The problem is I have taken it to very advanced mechanics and all of them say there is nothing wrong with the car at all. Everytime I come to a stop I put the car to P and push rpm to 1000 and the shaking happens, if I push to 2000 there is no vibration

Why would you want to rev your engine with transmission in P? Seems rather pointless.
