In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Hey. New to the forum. Just bought a 2013 Genesis sedan with premium pkg. love the car and all the tech goodies. Have one issue. When I insert a cd to play, come back with, "no disk inserted". Tried this a number of times, does not recognize that there is a disk. Single CD player. Anyone have any ideas??

Is this a store bought CD, or a "burned" one??

If you just bought the car, and it's a store bought CD, take it back to where you bought it and have then take a look at it.

Did you buy it from a Hyundai dealer???

How many miles???

Store bought cd
Bought last Friday from Hyundai dealer
28k on the clock
Took it back to the dealer today, they agreed to replace the unit at no cost.
