  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Below is a photo of my old cabin filter next to the new one I installed in its place. I’ve only owned this car for under 3 years, but I’m pretty sure this one was original (14 years old!), as it had the Hyundai name and part number on the side of the pleats. o_O

Fortunately the original filter did its job. It was clean on the bottom side, aside from some staining, and the blower fan was clean, as far as I could tell…

I change mine every 15K miles which as a matter of fact, I'm due now. I have spares in my garage wall locker.

Oh man, that gross.

I change my cabin air and engine air filters every April regardless of miles.
