  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I saw this a while ago. I personally think it looks awful, but to each their own. If I were to go aftermarket I'd rather have the whole grill, not some insert that fits behind the OEM grill. The 2 styles just don't mesh well. ;)

Has anyone contemplated this aftermarket modification? Its from an eBAY store called BilletAnything. I don't know about the main grille (since IMO it would cover up one of the most aesthetic looking front ends on the market), but the bumper grille looks pretty awesome. I've attached the link below.
I have an email in to see if they will just sell the bumper grille separately.

We installed a very similar package on some of our '09 Sonatas. My personal opinion is that it looks terrible, but some people seem to really like them. Like, they like them enough to say things like, "Well, I wasn't really in love with the Sonata, but then I saw this one! I want this one."

To each their own.

Hi,

I came upon several photos of custom front grilles for the 2009 Genesis sedan.

I am attaching a few pictures to give the members an idea as to what these look like.

I must say that I am not to impress by their look.

These grilles along with many other Hyundai customized items like dash kits, light kits, spoilers, rims, tail lights etc...etc... can be seen at http://www.carid.com/hyundai-accessories/

man, i didn't thought that a bumper grille is that expensive, found one from ebay and its quite decent so i might just have a restructuring project

I'm currently making a grill that will basically cut out the entire center area and recess a mess grill behind it. I'll keep you guys posted. I'll hopefully be done and sending it off for manufacturing soon. I'll post a photoshop of the concept when I get it watermarked.
