Is anyone having an issue with the climate control NOT cycling properly. My issue is going from Bi-Level to Floor to Floor & defrost it doesn't switch. ( 2021G70 Elite) ?
P.s
I have taken in to the service department and they are suggesting that's how it should work, even though the manual (PG 3-131) shows differently.

I think that you are trying to say going from dash + floor, to floor...

Just to let you know, "bi-level" is a specific GM term for a setting that they used to have (do they still?) where you could get cool air out of the dash vents and warm air out of the floor vents. Some other makes (thinking BMW) offer this as well, but they don't call it "bi-level." I've not heard of Genesis having this feature.

Try removing it from outside cycle and only use inside cab recycle
