  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My 2015 digital clock doesn't display at all, and the analog clock is wrong. When I go into setup and try to change the clock time everything is greyed out and won't let me set anything.

Look at the other threads here. It started yesterday and is affecting a lot of cars. It is a satellite problem and no one knows a cure yet.

Easy fix. There is a "reset" button next to the "Sirius XM" logo on the Entertainment system console. Ideally, you will need a paper clip or a ballpoint pen to press this button.

Have your car outside with the engine running, so the GPS system can see the satellite.
Press the reset button for about 5 seconds and release.
The screen will go black for a couple of seconds, then announce that the system is restarting.
A few seconds after the system is finished restarting, you should see your analog clock resetting and the date display correctly on your NAVI screen.

I don't have a Sirius XM logo on my console but I did find the reset button and it did not reset my clocks.

Some had luck by pulling the SD card with the engine running and then doing a reset, then putting the card back.

OMG, thank you. This is my first time on here and problem solved. Thank you.

Thanks Jim,
Fixed it. Did have a bit of trouble finding the Sirus XM logo & reset button. The logo is small & subdued. On my 2015, it was to the right & just above the CD slot.

No such luck for me on any reset attempt. My wife's '15 reset itself without her doing anything. My '15 (with updated firmware) won't reset when I try any of the suggestions.

In my case I had to pull out navigation SD card, push the reset button for few seconds while driving in slow speeds. I plugged the SD card back in after I saw the digital clock reappear

I tried everything without luck. The dealership corrected by disconnecting battery for 5 minutes and reconnecting. It worked. They actually told me that it was a temporary fix but so far (1 month) clock is showing.

Mine "cured" itself after a day or so.... Had to remove the SD card on the wife's Soul though.
