A small notification pops up on the NAV Screen if it activates - something to the effect of "Smart Ventilation Active"..

While I haven't noticed that notification I think mine has "activated" several times in the two months I have owned my Genesis and if that was it I can hear the fan and even feel a draft inside the cabin when it is active. Neither the fan or draft is excessive, but is definitely "NOTICEABLE".
