Code P0018 (Crankshaft position corelation)

Hi, i recently bought a 2009 Hyundai Genesis 4.6. I was told by the seller that it only needs a major tune-up. Come to find out i need my timing chains replaced. I searched the parts through the dealer, but because this car has two of everything, the parts i need is in double. The dealer wants $6k+ for just the parts alone. The car isnt worth half the price. I was wondering if anybody has dealt with this and can help with some advice.
