Cold start Rough idle

Anytime dealing with Rough Idle on cold start around 1200 rpm. Once rpms drop as car warms, she runs perfectly fine. I notice recently sluggish a little bit on the acceleration when I hit it. Recently put me spark plugs in gapped correctly. Ngk irridium. Please help. 2014 3.8l

How was it running prior to replacing the spark plugs? Why did you change them? What gasoline are you using?
