Colors and Tech Pkg

I've been waiting for colors other than black and silver with the tech package, but, alas, they're nowhere to be found...

Does anybody know if white will ever be available?

Salesman recently told me that he thinks Hyundai "recalled" all the white cars due to a problem with the paint. This guy was as clueless as most of the Hyundai salesmen, so I did not put a lot of credence in his statement. In any case, he said he cannot get a white car from Hyundai.

Welcome Wilbur. You should be able to get a tech package in any color you want except white, because white does not appear to be shipping for some reason, although it is listed as a stock color.

Off the top of my head Genesis is available in light blue, dark sapphire blue, black, red, silver and platinum with three interior trim colors.

If your dealer does not have it, call around, do an internet search of inventory on autotrader (which SOMETIMES includes a color), or ask your preferred dealer to order it for you.

I agree, I live in the East Coast where I see very few color options for the Tech package it seems to be Platinum, Titanium Gray or Black, but they always have black interior. I would love to see a Black, Titanium or even Cabernet with cashmere interior..any have any luck with this combo in the Tri-State area?

Also it looks like the V6 in the brouchure has woodgrain on the dash, but he 4.6 looks like leather...any comment on this for those who've seen the Genesis.

Only the base model V6 has the woodgrain...
