Am I the only one who is not impressed by the much touted "Genesis Concierge Service". I require some warranty work done on the all wheel drive system of my GV70. On contacting my dealer to arrange this work and pick up a loaner as I imagined that the repair will take more than a couple of hours, I was informed that a loaner was not available for another 3 1/2 weeks. It is bad enough that my car with fewer than 6500 miles on the clock has drive system problems, but to find out that I have to wait 3 1/2 weeks before it can be repaired seems absurd for a "premium" brand.
