Connected Routing Needs Updated Maps error message after OTA map update

I have a 2021 G90 and yesterday there was a OTA which automatically installed, when I clicked on details, it said it had installed an updated map. However, now every time I put in a destination, I get a message saying Connected Routing needs updated maps and it only lets me do offline routing. It appears that the Nav system is out of sync with my maps, and not because the maps are out of date....but because the maps were updated but the base software was not?

Based on web suggestions, I tried resetting my head unit and also re-configuring Connected Services (menu option under Setup to do this), and neither fixed the problem. I also tried to reinstall the latest update (by using the Navigator Updater app to download the latest from the website, but it would not let me saying no updates are available (I had already installed the latest update a few months ago).

Anyone else having the same issue? Any ideas on how I fix this? Thanks!

I have not had that issue however, if I did I would download the update from the website and do a manual update. It may have had a glitch in your update.

Or just use Waze & AndroidAuto or Apple CarPlay

Thanks, I tried to re-download the latest update (Apr 2025) but it said no downloads are currently available. Presumably Genesis keeps a record of what I downloaded and knows I have the most recent, so is not letting me download it again (Message says: Navigation Updates Temporarily Unavailable. Please check back later in the 4th quarter of 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause). Is there a way to override this? (I used the Nav Updater, I actually tried deleting it and reinstalling in hopes that would then let me download, but that did not work either...I also tried a guest login instead of using my account). Is there a place to download the files directly without the Nav Updater? I searched and could not find that anywhere.
