Hi, does anyone have a recent discount code for connected services renewal?

I don't know if each code is linked to an individual account, but this is the code I used. GCSLUXURY, I should have added it's good until Jan 2nd.

A week ago, I had contacted Genesis customer care and asked for a discount among other questions. I did not fully read the response I got as it was rather long and looked like they copied and pasted the connected service info from the web site. Today I got a request to evaluate the customer care I got. I was ready to blast the response. but I know me, and I decided to go back and reread the response because it was so long. I found this line in the middle somewhere.

"The promo code GCSLUXURY was added to your account, which will expire on 12/31/2025. The promo code must be used before 12/31/2025. The promo code is for 50% off the yearly cost. Please follow the instructions below to complete enrollment using the promo code provided."

So I guess it is not automatic.. But all you have to do is ask.
Again, thanks for your help as I had missed that line and never would have put that code in and gotten the 50% discount.

Thank you for this information. Did you get an email from Genesis Motor America making you aware that your Connected Service subscription was expiring? I did the first time that my subscription was due to expire but not this time.

On 12/27/25 I requested a discount code.
On 12/28/25 they send me a renewal notice .
On 12/28/25 they send me their response to my request but it was buried in their response, so buried that I did not see it when I first read the message. But it was the same code that others have gotten.

(Mine sub expired on 1/3/26) so it was only a week or so before my renewal I got the renewal notice.

Thank you for your quick response and the detail. That is helpful and I appreciate it. For my first renewal period Genesis initiated contact to me with an email offer of a 40% discount about two months before my subscription was due to expire. They followed up with another email about two weeks before the expiration with an offer for a 50% discount. My current subscription expires in about 5 weeks and they have not contacted me.
