I can't log in to the Geneis app to check the vehicle status or turn on the remote climate since lunchtime today.
Checking genesis.com/uk I'm greeted with the following:
"Our website is currently undergoing maintenance and will be available again from around 9 pm today.
The car configurator, the new car search, the online offer and MyGenesis will be further revised until Monday and will not be available during this time.
Our website will be fully available again from around 10 am on December 11."
I certainly hope that "MyGenesis" in this case doesn't include the iPhone app, or else I'll be getting into a frozen car and have to thaw it, before heading off.
Same message appears on the German and Swiss sites, so affecting quite a lot of users.
Let's hope this results in some new features for those of us who are in the affected geos.
