Connected Services Remove Old and Add New Profile

Hey all !
I just picked up used '21 GV80 i want to use phone as key... so i transferred ownership and registered app on my phone i can see car info and everything...
i have few questions:
1. How to remove old owner profiles (is still in car as Driver1) ... i added myself as Driver2 though
2. How to link my app to car? thi is fun caz in car it says go to app and in app says go to car :) In previous owner i see his email shown in connected services but in my profile nothing... am i mission something?
3. and finally where to add phone as key? i see option for smartphone key but it asks to place keycard to wireless charger compartment.... but phone is not a key card.. old software?

any comments?

2) you will need to call Genesis Connect services and you will have to email them or fax them some proof of purchase and what ever else they want. Then it takes a day or two.
3) I don't have a key card, but I was able to ad my phone with no issues. I did it a few years back so I don't remember, but I just followed the instructions on the screen. sorry I can't help you more.

#2 ownership already assigned, that's how tread starts :) i can start engine remotely and open doors

When I read transferred ownership, I just assumed you meant of the car and not that you went through Genesis connect and changed it there. My bad.
If the car was still under the previous owners name in the connect services that would need to be changed. But I guess you did that.
And I see you have an iPhone. I have read in the past that people have had issues with them not working as well as well with connect services as an Android. But I have not read that lately.
I would call Genesis Connect services. They were helpful the one time I called them when I got my car.

Actually, when I got my car, I had an issue connecting. I, like you, dreaded the call and thought it would take the afternoon. I got a real person to answer the phone. They knew exactly what my issue was, and told me to give them 24 hours. 24 hours later it was working. I hope you have the same luck as me. Other than my yearly service, I have had no reason to contact Genesis in any way. I guess I am lucky. I am holding off the seat belt recall until my next yearly service.
 
i hate calls, dono about genesis but most of the time u fight though atomated system and then get transfered 10 times and i cant use assisgrant for thi as they always ask verification questions. any way called support line just now but they are closed i guess Sunday ... will try again tomorrow... though car is due for service so might see if they can do it in shop but this week need to drive my MBs so i charge batteries before i go out if country
