Been here awhile...
Hi Folks,
Been away from the forum for a while - busy.
I came across this company looking for a new car for my wife. This really seems too good to be true, but figured I'd post it up here in case anyone is interested.

I don't know these guys, have never done business with them and have never even spoken to them so buyer beware....but, holy cow. A new demo V8 '15 Genesis Ultimate Pkg with 1k miles for $338/mon plus ttl and only $1k down is amazing. Wont work for me as georgia has a new lease law that requires tax on the full purchase price upfront, but if you live in one of the 47 'normal' leasing states, wow.
From what I can tell, they are buying "executive demo" cars that have not been titled, so they can then lease them out as new cars, at new residuals, etc. So they purchase at a big discount to MSRP and then apply same factors as regular leasing, causing the payment to drop considerably.
Now you are stuck with a few thousand miles that you pay for and can't use, but at $.2-$.25/mile for any excess miles, the savings can really make up for that.
If anybody knows about this or looks into it, please post back here what you find. Hope this helps someone get a smokin' deal.
