Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I have a 2012 3.8 Sedan. I have two phones paired (Galaxy S4 and Iphone 6). Both are experiencing the same issue. When I receive an incoming call the contact does not show up on the screen. It only reads the name of the phone. I have already had the dealer replace the entire Nav unit but I have the same issue. I find it hard to believe that two completely different phones could have the exact same issue. Does anyone have any ides?
