  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

A new issue with my 2015 Genesis sedan‘s drivers side cooling seats: they start out with the blue indicator lights “lit” but then for a few seconds the center light flashes then all goes dark. Anyone have a quick diagnosis?

No one has any advice? how about some of the posters from dealers on this forum?

I had a similar issue when my cooled seat air duct under the driver seat came loose. The cooled seat controls work for a few seconds then went out. I patched up the air duct under the seat with HVAC tape and the cooled seats has been working ever since 3 years later.

My advice would to check the seat ducts under the seats to see if one came loose.

It might take a tech tool to resolve this. Too many variables in play.
