CPO?

I have a 2022 G70 Genesis Sport Prestige 3.3t with 22k mile on it ... is there a way to get the car into a CPO program? Bought it 2nd hand at a Lexus dealer 3 months ago.

Not after you've already bought the car. CPO is only available when the preowned Genesis is purchased from a licensed Genesis dealer.

I don't know but maybe it is possible to do something at the Lexus dealership where you purchased the car.

Lexus dealer can only do Lexus' own CPO program. It is the same with any brand at any dealer. I've seen some dealers advertise their own "Certified Pre-Owned" program, but they are not the same as the genuine Genesis CPO program recognized by all Genesis dealers.

Dealer can also sell you a 3rd-party warranty. Again, not the same thing as genuine Genesis CPO.

Yes. But depending upon the OP's location and future location and the history of the dealer, a dealer only program might meet the OP's needs.

Possibly... if the OP's expectations are exceedingly low. Those that I've read a bit into the fineprint suggest they are worth no more than the paper they are printed on. Usually loaded with stipulations like requiring the vehicle to be serviced at their dealership, geared to make more money for the dealer than to offer the buyer any tangible benefit.

But hey... who knows. Read the fine print.
