cracked edge of drivers side of leather seats in 2015

The side of driver seat is cracked, so can I exchange driver side with passenger seat, as it would remedy the situation (both from view and constant entry and exit wear)...

To be more clear about my question above "In my 2015 signature 3.8 Genesis with leather seats which driver side is slightly cracked just above plastic seat housing for control of seat movement, "can I exchange driver side with passenger seat?"...
