I'm expecting that the G70 sedan will be introduced at one of the upcoming auto shows and go on sale as a 2018 Model Year offering sometime next Spring. I'm wondering how long till the crossover version of this model is introduced.

Honestly, the G90 is an image/halo car to justify Genesis as a luxury car company, but the meat and potatoes of the auto market is in crossovers. A Genesis high quality/high value crossover that would mirror the BMW X3 / Lincoln MKC will be the model that really will put Genesis on the map.

The last plans I saw were for there to be 2 CUV/SUV models for the Genesis line. I forgot the estimated rollout dates, but it was published somewhere in this forum. I believe it will be 2-3 more years from now.
 
Yes, there will be a small BMW X3-like crossover and a midsize X5-like crossover. And, yes - it probably will be around 2018 when we see either one of them...
