Custom Drive mode on startup

I haven't found a way to set the car up to automatically choose my custom drive mode on startup. Is this possible? Seems like it should be an option within the driver profiles but I haven't had any luck.

EPA regulations say the car must default start in the mode tested or better, such as ECO.
