I just purchased a 2009 4.6 loaded. Love the car but few minor concerns:1.when trunk lid is wet water drips into trunk when open 2. rough ride in the back seat 3. cannot open trunk with inside button or remote, must use key. This just started 4. warning appeared this morning -emission 5.have had to reset clock several time. Tried shutting down and restarting but not successful. Any thoughts?

The trunk thing: Have you checked the glove box to make sure the trunk lock button has not been pressed?
Emissions: Check that the gas cap and air filter and cover are latched properly. Otherwise, you should take the car in for service.
