If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Is there a way to deactivate the wiper blade sensor? Sometimes I noticed that the wiper blades move too fast and I would like to have a control over them. I have 2011 4.6 model. Thank you.

Can't you just set them to one of the manual speeds (lo/hi) instead of automatic?

Well, I could do that and I have been doing that. I want to be able to set the wiper blade speed to the intermittent setting at the fixed time interval. For Genesis 4.6, automatic sensor is turned on when the wiper blade is set at the intermittent settings and the speed of wiper blade is set by the sensor. So even though the wiper blade is set at intermittent, the wiper blade speed might be at high speed because the speed of the wiper blade is adjusted by the sensor. I just want to set the wiper blade to intermittent setting - at the fixed time interval. Thanks

Yeah, that should definitely be an option from the wiper control arm but I'm pretty sure it isn't. (Don't have the manual in front of me, though)
