Good Dealer Experience

Last week I bought a new 2024 EV70 Electrified to replace a 1 year old KIA EV that the dealer couldn't fix after 3 tries. The last time it was at the dealer 5 weeks. It kept leaving us stranded because of a bad 12 volt battery. It's going back to KIA under Maryland Lemon Law. My experience with the Genesis dealer was great so I wanted to leave a shout out. The dealer was near Philadelphia, 100 miles from me but that was the closest that had the green color in stock. They paid for my Amtrak and Lyft to the dealer. All of this on top of $2,000 off the MSRP (and no other fees other than taxes and registration). Kudos to a good experience and:

That’s good. Good for you and better for the dealer. Last I read, EVs are rotting on dealer lots due to high cost and low buyer acceptance. The fear of getting stranded at a charging station on the trip to grandma’s house for Thanksgiving still is killing sales.
