Delete profile

I brought a used GV70 2023. The previous owners have driver 1 & 2 set with passcode on both profiles. How do I remove them? I would like to make the car mine but can’t until those profiles are removed!! HELP!!

Read the manual to see if you can delete it yourself. If you can't, take it back to the dealer and have them reset it.

Try Setup - General - Reset - Reset All

Note: This will wipe out everything.

I tried that it only allows me to reset the guest profile

Have you tried passcodes 0000 and 1234?
