Check the reputation. Assuming insurance is going to pay, you just want the best and there are good and bad for every type. I used the dealer when my car got hit. My reasoning was there were some electronics damage and they are more likely have have a tech with experience fixing them.

its a Geico express collision max center my boss just used them for his Mercedes and they did a great job so Im going there thanks

after talking to the insurance agent i am going to use the collision max in my area he said everything will be fixed to factory specs

not sure about your dent, but my guess is that a paintless dent removal company could handle it for ~$100 or so. i just had two dents removed from my G70 for $150 CAD. looks 98% factory, only i will ever be able to tell if i look very closely (which i do).
