Difference between the 3.8 packages.

I've looked through the web site, and any other web site on the Genesis I can find, and I'm lost.

On the 3.8, is the only difference between the Premium, and Premium Plus package the 18" Wheels?

Interesting, In Canada we don't have a premium plus package, only a premium package, but it's the same as the American premium plus. That's gonna cause confusion...
