Digital Cluster Confusion

Hey Everyone,

My car went in for service today for the first time and Genesis dropped me off a loaner. Upon getting into the car I immediately noticed that the screen in the centre where it displays the G70 looked drastically different than my car. It had these horizontal lines and a different pattern entirely. I had never seen this before and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. I tried all the safety options and it didn't change so I was confused if there was an update.

What year and package is on your G70 vs what was the loaner? What you pictured looks different from my 2020 G70 sport but based on your on KM and not miles tells me your G70 is not a US model so no idea if we have differences there or not?

Both are Canadian cars. 3.3T Sport Prestige.

I'd like to know as well, mine looks like yours. The ones displayed in the loaner are different than mine. I have a 2022 US model.

I flipped thru the various screens and display choices and can’t find anything on my 2020 sport cluster that looks like your picture.

I’m confused about it myself. I have never seen any option to adjust that screen on the 2022. Maybe it’s hidden somewhere I haven’t found? Any suggestions on where to look?

Your photo shows the vehicle in a parking structure with concrete all around. The image in the screen suggests that same setting. Boundaries, reflections of sensor readings on walls and ceilings. Was the screen the same after driving in the open air?

Yes it was. Also both photos were taken in the same location.

Same trim and location as mine. I wonder how to get it to flip to this other.
