Just picked up a 2009 Genesis 3.8 with the DIS system. However the screen is stuck on the driver warning. Clicking or turning the large dial by the armrest does nothing... pressing the maps button or Nav button again nothing... Where do I start to fix this? Is there a reset button? Do I replace the screen? The DVD head unit or the controls by the armrest?
Note when I press the am/fm button on the center controls the radio plays and at the very top of the display above the warning message appears the station. When I use the steering wheel audio control it will change the volume. The very bottom of the display under the warning message will appear the volume setting going up or down. When I press xm or AUX / CD / DVD it will play a cd or bring on an XM message. However the large round dial does nothing....
