Disable Part of Auto Locking System

Have had our 3.8 pearlescent white for about a month. Love the car!
We like the auto locking system when it locks all doors. But the auto unlock seems ill-advised. It is not always best, prudent or safe for the doors to unlock when we put the car into park.
Has anyone attempted to change the system so that it will not automotically unlock the doors upon arrival at destination ?

You've got this in the wrong section of the forum.

But to answer your question you need to turn the car on and get into the car settings. Keep in mind that you can not access these settings when the car is in motion so just put her in "Park" and navigate around the menus. I believe you need to be in the "INFO" area and on the left side you'll see "car settings" or something like that.

There should be some options to choose from when it comes to locking and unlocking the car. Good luck.
