Disappointed with Service commitment

I love the car but has anyone else had problems with after sales and service. I have had a less than stellar experience so far with unreturned calls, promises to call not done, long lead times for attention and my nearest service centre over an hour away.

Read through this forum and the various subforums and you will see that many lwners/lessees are unhappy with their service provider. Others, like me, have been very satisfied. Unlike a national direct seller like Tesla or Lucid. the Genesis vehicles are sold through independent dealers. There is unfortunately a history of litigation between Hyundai dealers and Hyundai parent over the sale of Genesis vehicles and IMO Genesis does not adequately enforce standards against its dealers. So it depends upon where you live.
